TLC For-hire Vehicles (FHV)
To drive with Agape Transportation, your vehicle must be licensed and authorized by the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC). If you already have this, you’re one step ahead. If not, we can point you in the right direction.
TLC inspection
To ensure safety, the TLC must regularly inspect all vehicles at their BQE TLC location — 24-55 BQE West Woodside, NY, 11377.  

For more information, please visit TLC UP and make re-inspection payments using the License Applications, Renewals & Summonses (LARS) system.
Electric Vehicles (EV)
Free EV charging is available at our office. Conditions and availability apply. Contact our driver team for current details before you visit.
Street Hail Livery (SHL) Pilot Program
Vehicles participating in the TLC SHL Pilot Program may not accept street hails. Review the TLC’s current program rules and ask our driver team about eligibility to work with Agape.
