Transportation messaging

Agape Transportation sends transportation-related messages by SMS or, where available, RCS, including reservation and ride confirmations, pickup reminders and status updates, driver and vehicle information, scheduling changes, cancellations, and customer support. We use the phone number associated with your transportation arrangements for these communications.

Agape collects messaging consent directly through its forms or receives consent from the organization or person arranging the transportation.

Messaging service providers

We use Twilio to support our transportation messaging. Phone numbers and message information are processed through our messaging service providers to deliver these communications.

Messaging information and marketing

We do not sell phone numbers or messaging consent, or share them with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This does not prevent the processing of information by service providers supporting our messaging service.

Your messaging choices
