Do I need to schedule my medical ride in advance?
Arrange planned Medicaid rides through MAS in advance. If needs change the same day, contact MAS and Agape for help with the required arrangements. Same-day capacity does not guarantee immediate pickup.
How do I schedule a medical ride?
Arrange Medicaid transportation through MAS at (844) 666-6270 or medanswering.com. Ask the agent for Agape, or select Agape Luxury Corp. online. For organization-funded medical transportation, contact the organization arranging your ride.
How do riders request return rides?
Your return ride receives a driver assignment automatically for the booked return time. Use the link supplied ahead of time or call Agape to request an earlier return, cancel, or defer the ride until later the same day.
What training do NYC TLC drivers receive?
NYC TLC drivers complete required driver education, including passenger-assistance and wheelchair-accessible vehicle training.
What if I use a wheelchair or need extra assistance?
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and door-to-door service are available. Tell the person arranging your ride about mobility needs and any necessary accompanying guest, such as a parent, child, or home health aide.
How much does medical transportation cost?
For Medicaid rides, MAS confirms eligibility and the transportation arrangement. Organization-funded rides follow the institution’s agreement with Agape.
