[0:02] good afternoon ladies and gentlemen my

[0:04] name is Mario Sena for the grace of god

[0:06] and president of agape transportation

[0:09] agape transportation is a

[0:11] uh

[0:12] the name

[0:13] implies a transportation company

[0:15] dedicated to a non-emergency

[0:16] transportation here in the city of new

[0:19] york new york city is our headquarter of

[0:23] non-emergency transportation specialists

[0:26] we have this podcast our third podcast

[0:30] podcast number three information for our

[0:33] drivers and

[0:34] for anyone who needs information is

[0:37] looking to a better job a better company

[0:41] to join us as a driver uh as i say we

[0:45] don't have taxi driver we have

[0:47] we have business people that drive a

[0:49] taxi that's the difference on our

[0:52] drivers drivers that think a little bit

[0:54] higher than the regular drivers they're

[0:57] just thinking about how to pay the rent

[0:59] and how to to pay the rent for the car

[1:01] this is uh i hope i is my hoping is that

[1:06] that every driver that we have uh

[1:09] have the the goal have dreams they know

[1:12] what what they want because we don't

[1:14] want we don't want to have you here as a

[1:16] driver for 10 15 20 years as that was my

[1:19] case that i dropped over 30 years 30

[1:22] years i was driving in the city of new

[1:25] york uh over and over until 10 years ago

[1:28] that i started this a beautiful company

[1:31] and servicing the that needed the needed

[1:33] people that goes to the medical

[1:36] appointment that's all we do medical

[1:38] transportation here in the city of new

[1:41] york what the difference on this company

[1:43] and this company for the driver is that

[1:45] the safety the safety of uh every

[1:48] customer you don't have to be worried

[1:50] about any customer it doesn't matter

[1:52] what time three o'clock in the morning

[1:54] that you take somebody to dialysis you

[1:56] don't have to be afraid of that customer

[1:58] you know is a safe previous screen

[2:01] customer so the drivers also prior

[2:04] screen

[2:04] drivers have to come to the base to have

[2:07] an orientation in order to work with us

[2:10] so the drivers and the passengers they

[2:12] saved

[2:13] uh using uh agape transportation on the

[2:17] last podcast we we

[2:19] we promised to talk about the new

[2:21] project that we have agape about pakitek

[2:25] pocket tech p-a-c-k-e-t-e-k

[2:31] tech

[2:32] pakitek pakitek is a delivery company

[2:35] which is going to be dedicated

[2:37] exclusively from pharmacy and medical

[2:40] medical equipment

[2:42] we're going to be starting with the

[2:43] pharmacy with the prescriptions so we're

[2:46] going to do just preparation from

[2:47] pharmacy from the pharmacy to the uh

[2:50] patients

[2:52] so we're going to be

[2:53] we also have the auction you you

[2:57] download the apt as a driver packet tech

[3:01] at

[3:02] apple android store packet as a driver

[3:06] and also packet tech that is another

[3:08] application for the customer if a

[3:11] customer if like say somebody living out

[3:14] of the united states and they want to

[3:17] the ground mode or somebody some family

[3:20] cannot go to the pharmacy they can

[3:23] download the application or the delivery

[3:26] of that that prescription to that uh

[3:29] family so we take it from the pharmacy

[3:32] to the house another thing that we're

[3:34] doing which which gonna be concentrated

[3:36] in is the the wholesale of the pharmacy

[3:39] we having we already have the contract

[3:41] with pharmacy to do their delivery most

[3:44] of the the pharmacy they do deliver here

[3:47] in the in the city of new york some do

[3:50] it locally and someone cannot afford to

[3:53] to send to the next and that side to the

[3:55] next county

[3:57] so that's why we we see a need on

[4:00] delivering this part and then we come we

[4:03] come in with the solution a better

[4:05] solution for the pharmacy owner to do

[4:08] and expand

[4:09] uh the the the

[4:11] customers so uh it's very tough the the

[4:15] best well every business is tough

[4:17] outside out there but especially the

[4:19] pharmacy our small pharmacy

[4:22] uh they have the the competition of big

[4:25] big guys like walmart walgreen

[4:28] amazon

[4:30] uh pillpack

[4:31] caxel those big big uh virtual pharmacy

[4:35] that they're competing now doing

[4:37] delivery free for for for the patients

[4:40] and the patient doesn't even have to go

[4:41] to the pharmacy so our people still they

[4:44] prefer to deal with personal a little

[4:48] the service personalized services so

[4:51] they still have they use the local

[4:53] pharmacy and that's where we come to

[4:55] help the pharmacy because the pharmacy

[4:57] cannot afford to have 10 15

[4:59] employees to do those

[5:02] those

[5:03] deliveries plus that they don't make

[5:06] money on old old pharma or all

[5:08] prescription

[5:09] we're just learning that that's not

[5:11] necessarily making money in all uh

[5:13] delivery so that's why they cannot

[5:15] afford to have no

[5:17] employees to do those deliveries and

[5:19] that's where we come in so we see we see

[5:22] that that need and then we supply the

[5:26] the result that the the

[5:28] the solution for that needs that that's

[5:31] how you have to look at when you are

[5:34] thinking about going into a business you

[5:37] see what what is the need and how you're

[5:39] going to serve that need in a better way

[5:41] that is being served you don't have to

[5:43] look for competition you should have to

[5:45] look for a neutral

[5:47] within

[5:48] the the any business any industry you

[5:52] look what what's missing and if you come

[5:55] in with that uh part uh and i think we

[5:58] come in with that part it's very needed

[6:00] it is shown already

[6:01] without i mean with two three weeks we

[6:03] have uh even we have the launching of

[6:06] pakitek this coming week on tuesday we

[6:08] already have customers we have pharmacy

[6:10] customers that one pharmacy complete

[6:13] already 1 000 packages 1 000

[6:17] prescription that we already took to the

[6:19] customer

[6:20] it's amazing the market over there is

[6:23] amazing and and and i i i want you and

[6:27] our driver listen to me i i as

[6:31] as we say we do in the transportation

[6:34] we know agape transportation cannot

[6:36] cover all the the patient

[6:38] we cannot have all the drivers in the

[6:40] city so we encourage anybody that's

[6:43] inclined to start a business of

[6:46] transportation

[6:47] we willing to help we we have no problem

[6:50] with that we don't want all the business

[6:51] for ourselves the same thing is going to

[6:54] be with pakitek pakitek is this industry

[6:57] the delivery industry is a huge huge

[7:00] market out there the pandemic

[7:03] uh speed up 10 years ahead for the

[7:06] deliveries uh uh needs over here in this

[7:08] city

[7:09] worldwide

[7:10] uh and then this is a good business is

[7:13] is something that you should

[7:16] look at

[7:17] study and maybe as a couple you or your

[7:20] wife your husband

[7:22] uh you know and of course you have to

[7:26] have the basis they have to have some

[7:28] saving don't don't look for for the loan

[7:31] to start a business you have to program

[7:34] that uh

[7:35] that business and have some saving and

[7:37] have some sources that you're gonna use

[7:39] so but the transportation the delivery

[7:42] the transportation still is

[7:44] a market there

[7:45] but uh it's more complicated to start

[7:48] it's not impossible it's more

[7:50] complicated but the liberty i we find

[7:53] out is a little bit easier it's not as

[7:55] hard of course you have to have the

[7:57] resources you have to have we we we

[8:00] create our own software

[8:02] for packet tech packet tech has the own

[8:04] software we do it we did it from scratch

[8:07] and but you you can start it manually so

[8:10] i think i mean i mean asking you to to

[8:13] check it out maybe you're looking for

[8:15] the business you you you already have

[8:17] been driving for agape you have uh

[8:20] you have the

[8:21] already some savings you don't have a

[8:23] big debt you you you know and you're

[8:25] looking for something different deliver

[8:27] it it doesn't have maybe pharmacy

[8:29] pharmacy is a huge huge

[8:31] assessment of medical uh that you can go

[8:35] to and it's something that have non-stop

[8:38] i mean

[8:39] it doesn't matter the crisis we have

[8:41] economic crisis it doesn't matter what

[8:43] we have the medical sector is is going

[8:46] to be always in need so is a good sector

[8:50] to go in so study well this this this

[8:53] part uh how is the revenue

[8:57] excuse me

[8:58] how is the rep of course i have some

[9:00] water excuse me

[9:04] so i want you to advise on that part i

[9:06] forgot to do that in the spanish version

[9:09] but it is a good person we see as a huge

[9:12] huge business we have uh we have a

[9:15] conversation with somebody that owns 14

[9:18] pharmacy just one customer

[9:20] 14 pharmacy

[9:22] and there is a huge huge market over

[9:24] there

[9:25] walgreens cbs those guys they use

[9:28] transportation they they do deliver it

[9:30] they use deliveries company so why

[9:33] if that's you why why now why not you

[9:36] and your neighborhood standing over

[9:37] there so it's something that you can

[9:40] think about just the tip of the day so

[9:43] pakitek architect you can drive a packet

[9:45] deck besides you don't need tlc uh

[9:49] driver driver license to to drive for

[9:52] pakitek or you can be helping somebody

[9:55] as a

[9:56] accompanying a driver because we're

[9:58] gonna do it on this on the special way

[10:01] we're gonna be we're gonna

[10:03] first we see the need for the

[10:05] transportation for the deliveries and

[10:07] then we're gonna provide a service that

[10:10] nobody has it out out there just two

[10:12] components you have to see the need how

[10:14] you supply the need and how you're gonna

[10:17] be supplying better than anybody else

[10:19] that existing on this market so we're

[10:22] gonna do it on the mostly mostly in new

[10:24] york city for two two drivers per car i

[10:28] mean two i mean two person per per

[10:30] vehicle when driving and the other one

[10:33] making the delivery so it's almost

[10:35] impossible in the bronx and in any

[10:37] borough anywhere here in new york city

[10:40] to operate one person doing the living

[10:42] in a car so in the car we're going to

[10:45] starting with car then we eventually

[10:47] we're going to have icicle whatever

[10:49] is is needed but uh remember that

[10:52] delivering prescription pharmacy

[10:54] equipment and all those

[10:56] medical equipment is not the same as

[10:58] delivering a a hamburger or a rice and

[11:01] beans from from nelbaja it's not the

[11:04] same it's more dedicated it's more that

[11:07] dedicated and

[11:09] it has a special care for that so you

[11:11] have to have that in mind if you're

[11:12] thinking about starting this business

[11:15] so that's why we go the extra mile

[11:17] because we have to offer something

[11:18] different

[11:19] always something that we have drivers

[11:21] even drivers that offer something

[11:23] different to its customer we have

[11:25] drivers that have some water they have

[11:27] the cell

[11:29] charges i mean something extra you have

[11:31] to do the extra

[11:33] so the difference between the ordinary

[11:35] and the extra ordinary is is just the

[11:38] extra

[11:39] so in agape we we did the extra with the

[11:41] service transportation and we we're

[11:43] going to be doing the the extra on the

[11:46] on the pack attack packet tech

[11:49] anybody can drive for pakitek they have

[11:51] to be through uh

[11:52] and

[11:53] you can download the application as a

[11:55] driver or as a customer i'll say i said

[11:58] pharmacy too pakitek p a c k e t e k

[12:03] p a c k e t e k packet tech

[12:07] the you have to have this uh application

[12:10] in order to have a job now where the

[12:13] driver the regular uh already the agape

[12:15] transportation driver go in so we we

[12:18] have conversation with companies like

[12:20] lab corp lab core the same company that

[12:23] do the the urine test for the drivers

[12:26] with they had the need of long distance

[12:28] transportation specimen test sample

[12:32] and that kind of thing that they they

[12:33] need urging in other states

[12:36] so we're going to have trips going to

[12:37] philadelphia to new jersey to

[12:40] massachusetts

[12:41] i i don't know if you're interested in

[12:43] that 200 300 400 400

[12:46] trips so but you have to have the

[12:49] application down download of the packet

[12:52] tech so we this is a huge huge market

[12:55] out there and it's going to be insane

[12:58] so you call the base we already like we

[13:00] have already like six seven employees

[13:03] just for packet tech we have our ceo

[13:07] one packet tech buys the guy the ceo of

[13:11] pakitek the one and only uh it's amazing

[13:15] what we having uh by the way by sharing

[13:18] this uh podcast even though this is

[13:20] directed

[13:22] mainly for uh agape transportation

[13:25] drivers

[13:26] you can share this information because

[13:28] maybe another another companero another

[13:31] another colleague and all the drivers

[13:34] it's driving in in a place that they

[13:36] don't feel comfortable or they don't

[13:37] have uh they don't make enough if they

[13:40] happy with the company they're driving

[13:42] don't bother you know to invite them to

[13:44] transportation they're good over there

[13:45] excellent so somebody else that tried to

[13:49] want to try something different and you

[13:51] tell them the blessing we have here

[13:52] agapet

[13:53] i'm talking about blessing uh oh sharing

[13:57] sharing that we we're going to have a

[13:59] test on sharing i understand that the

[14:02] media you can you can count how many

[14:05] times you share a video

[14:07] so we're going to have a test

[14:09] contest

[14:11] see how many how many sharing everybody

[14:14] has so whoever has more sharing of this

[14:16] video on any or any podcast for agape

[14:19] transportation you're going to have

[14:22] you're going to be uh

[14:24] selected as a winner we have a

[14:26] a gift for you for the person that the

[14:30] the that do the most sharing of this

[14:33] podcast about that

[14:35] uh

[14:36] but amazing you can invite any friends

[14:39] to

[14:40] to argue two things two big things

[14:42] coming up their cars we have the raffle

[14:44] or the new cars again and again it's a

[14:47] custom already in agape every year we

[14:50] have a car for the driver and this this

[14:52] one's going to be for january 15 we have

[14:54] the date we have the date january 15 we

[14:58] have the raffle of the new cars for our

[15:01] drivers for that purpose we have

[15:04] november listen to this listen to this

[15:06] this is amazing november and december we

[15:10] have no base fee

[15:13] zero base fee november and december the

[15:16] whole two months

[15:18] of course november we have the turkey

[15:20] december we have wines and

[15:22] plus that we're going to have zero zero

[15:25] base fee november and december for our

[15:28] drivers any incoming drivers or any

[15:31] drive existing driver already

[15:33] for us so it's very important that you

[15:36] share this video and your friends can

[15:38] take advantage of this they working

[15:39] already

[15:40] in a base and they want to try agape

[15:43] just

[15:44] uh for free in other words so we have

[15:46] remember we have no

[15:48] no base in november december and we

[15:50] never never collect a commission on

[15:53] every job from the job you do so minimum

[15:56] 15 remember that and uh

[15:59] we have no no no no deduction on the

[16:01] price you see on every job on your

[16:04] screen 15 you see minimum 15 is for

[16:07] yourself and by the way the average per

[16:10] trip over here in agape transportation

[16:12] is 26

[16:15] 26 usa dollar is a minimum humane

[16:18] average per trip over here we have

[16:20] plenty of jobs actually rejecting some

[16:23] jobs that we cannot cover so we we of

[16:27] course we need all the driver you can

[16:28] get we can we have enough

[16:31] jobs for everybody

[16:33] everybody people is waiting for us to

[16:36] cover the show we have new insurance

[16:38] waiting for us to tell yes we can cover

[16:41] your job it's amazing the blessing we're

[16:44] having on agape but you have to take

[16:46] advantage of that as a driver you have

[16:48] to take advantage this we don't know

[16:51] until

[16:52] when there's going to be last now is the

[16:54] moment now is the moment to make the

[16:57] goal to to to

[16:58] to see what what

[17:01] what else god have for you there but you

[17:03] have to do

[17:04] oh you have to organize yourself you

[17:07] have to come out every day with the goal

[17:10] you have to know how many jobs you want

[17:11] to do how many money how much money you

[17:13] want to make or how many hours you're

[17:15] going to work but you have to have a

[17:17] goal otherwise you're going to be

[17:19] working like i did it for 25 years as a

[17:22] taxi driver here in new york city that i

[17:25] i didn't have a goal i just wanted to

[17:27] pay my rent i just wanted to go one time

[17:29] to my country every year and that was my

[17:32] higher goal but i knew got something god

[17:35] had something for me bigger than what i

[17:37] was seeing

[17:38] that's what i was trying so many

[17:40] business i i was uh i had a real estate

[17:43] license uh i was in

[17:47] a multi-level business i i print

[17:50] i bring

[17:52] teachers at home with my family uh we

[17:54] did so many things

[17:56] looking looking for that that we knew

[17:59] god has something else for us and thanks

[18:01] god i mean we we

[18:04] launched this agape transportation 10

[18:06] years ago and we didn't have any money

[18:09] not even enough money to start this

[18:11] business if i have calculate how much

[18:13] money i needed to start the business

[18:17] we wouldn't start it so i had not

[18:19] started this business so you have to i

[18:22] mean set your goal

[18:24] and and

[18:25] announce yourself i mean you don't have

[18:27] to have everything in in in control i

[18:30] mean there is piece of

[18:32] that that's eventually in in the way

[18:34] you're going to find out how to do it so

[18:37] how you say uh paragaida in english

[18:40] uh

[18:42] the the parakaida

[18:44] how you say that in illinois use when

[18:46] you

[18:47] shoot yourself from from the airplane

[18:49] and you have the parachute

[18:51] parachute the parachute only open when

[18:54] you launch yourself from the airplane

[18:57] so

[18:58] you have to start you have to at some

[19:01] point you have to start that dream that

[19:03] idea that you always have that you have

[19:06] been have been thinking about for a long

[19:08] time

[19:09] you can do it if you believe and you

[19:12] have passion for that and you're willing

[19:14] to pray

[19:15] to pay the price

[19:17] you don't need anything else i mean i

[19:19] promise i guarantee

[19:21] that the ideas that what you need is on

[19:23] the way you're going to find out how to

[19:25] do it if you have treatment if you have

[19:27] passion and you're willing to do the

[19:29] work i mean god is there for you to help

[19:32] you once you you take the decision to

[19:36] start a project i mean believe it i mean

[19:39] i'm testimony of that i can tell you

[19:41] that i have no money when i started the

[19:43] business and

[19:45] now with the pharmacy i have no

[19:46] experience on that not at all no

[19:48] experience now we have the resources of

[19:51] course but

[19:53] the passion of serving the people not

[19:55] just making money money come after you

[19:58] serve after you you satisfy a need out

[20:02] there then you have your reward so don't

[20:05] concentrate on the money don't look at

[20:07] every customer as an extra 20 30 or 30

[20:10] 30 000

[20:11] so concentrate on how you're going to

[20:14] serve the society and then eventually

[20:17] you're going to have your reward i mean

[20:19] i promise you you're going to have but

[20:21] you cannot concentrate on the money

[20:23] because when you concentrate on the

[20:25] money

[20:26] you want to have that care for the

[20:28] customers

[20:29] so service service is first

[20:32] and i mean the big company the big

[20:35] company never started thinking about the

[20:38] money not even amazon amazon started

[20:41] selling books audio books

[20:43] facebook what's uh a a a

[20:47] between student they never thought about

[20:49] making money with this company
